The average woman's size is 18cm and the average man's size is 20cm.
Measure your wrist with a tape measure.
Position it at the widest point of your wrist, so as to fit snugly but not too tightly.
Add 1.5cm to 2cm to your measurement, and you'll have your ideal bracelet size.

JONC SIZE
When it comes to rigid bracelets, it's hard to know what size to get. The measurement is not at all the same as for soft bracelets.
Ideally, measure the width of your palm above the thumb, as shown in the diagram below.
Here are the size correspondences:

6,0 à 6,5cm => 50 à 52mm
6,5 à 6,9cm => 52 à 54mm
6,9 à 7,3cm => 54 à 56mm
7,3 à 7,7cm => 56 à 58mm
7,7 à 8,1cm => 58 à 60mm
8,1 à 8,3cm => 60 à 62mm
8,4 à 8,6cm => 62 à 64mm
8,6 à 8,8cm => 64 à 66mm
8,8 à 9,0cm => 66 à 70mm
ANKLE SIZE
The ankle chain must be loose to allow classic movement.
To measure, use a tape measure to loosely measure just below the malleolus.
Most of our models come with an adjustable chain for greater freedom of movement.
